- 1 Application of the CGC
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to rental contracts for holiday apartments and any other service or supply by the supplier to the customer
(2) The sub-lease or sub-lease of the dwelling transferred and transferred and its use for purposes other than mere tourist residence is subject to the prior written consent of the supplier.
(3) The contractual conditions of the guest apply only if they have been previously agreed.
Exceptions to these conditions shall only be effective if they are explicitly certified in writing by the supplier.
- 2 Booking/Booking confirmation

In case the desired unit is available on the requested dates, we will send you
the written confirmation of the reservation;
the booking for the unit is deemed to be confirmed after the deposit has been paid (see paragraph 3).
- 3 Terms of payment
For the confirmation of the reservation we require a deposit equal to 50% of the total reservation.
Payment of the balance must be made within 30 days before travel, in the case of short-term bookings (for example less than 30 days before travel) a full payment of the stay will be required immediately after receipt of confirmation. If the payment terms are not met, the agency can withdraw from the contract.

- 4 Check-in and check-out
Check-in opens at 15.00 or according to the agreement reached. Please let us know your expected arrival time at least 1-2 days before your trip;
For check-in after 20:00 please give sufficient notice.
The keys are handed over according to an individual agreement.
On the day of departure, the apartment must be left by 11.00 am.
The dishes used must be stored in drawers, empty baskets and the refrigerator free from food and clean.
Before leaving, please store all used towels and sheets on the ground.
- 5 Obligations of the lessee
The house or hotel is made available by the landlord in conditions of order and cleanliness, with a complete inventory.
If any anomalies occur during the rental period, the lessor must be informed immediately.
The tenant is responsible for the damage caused to the property, the inventory (for example
tools), damage to the floor or furniture;
In case of non-compliant use of the dwelling, such as subletting, overcrowding, disturbance of domestic quiet, etc. , and in case of non-payment of the full rent, the contract can be terminated by the lessor without notice and the total of the reservation will remain to the lessor.
- 6 Obligations of the lessor
In the event of force majeure affecting the rental object,
electricity and water losses, bad weather or unavoidable circumstances, such as an administrative order, sudden construction or the interference of natural or local factors that make it impossible to fulfil the contract,
The landlord will be happy to help solve problems (as much as possible) or find alternative accommodation.
The landlord is not responsible for the damage of theft and fire of the tenant’s personal belongings, the tenant is fully responsible for the destruction or malicious damage.
- 7 Resignation of the lessee
In the event of termination of the lease, the lessee is required to pay part of the agreed price as compensation
The amount of the allowance is determined according to the share registered and the time elapsed until the date of the incentive

In the event of our refusal, for reasons of force majeure or other unforeseeable circumstances (for example in the event of an accident or

Responsibility for travel and hotel expenses is not assumed.
The lessee can withdraw from the contract after the beginning of the lease, without respecting a deadline, if the lessee, despite:

In case of violation of the GTC or the condominium regulations, the landlord has the right to cancel the lease immediately and without notice
There is no right to reimbursement of the fee or compensation.
- 9 Data protection
The lessee accepts that the necessary data relating to his or her person are
